Bryan Cantle

Managing Director

Founded the business back in 1986 after completing an apprenticeship with British Aerospace as an Electrician. Now the Managing Director of Mecsol, overseeing a growing team of 16.

Geoff Cantle

Mechanical Contracts Manager

Joined the team in 2018 after over 30 years experience in the HVAC industry, to expand the mechanical division of Mecsol.

Paul March

Financial Director

Joined the company back in 2014 as an office manager, crossing over with our financial department. He went on to taking the financial role over full time to become a director of the company.

Mark Beales

Electrical Project Manager

Joined the company back in 2012 As an electrician. Soon moved into the position of site supervisor on some of our hazardous area contracts and is now a valued member of the management team.

Sam Phillpotts

Electrical Project Manager

Sam plays a key role in overseeing electrical projects from initiation to completion. With a strong focus on documentation, scheduling, and contract coordination, Sam ensures that each project is delivered efficiently and to the highest standards. His methodical approach and commitment to quality make him a valuable asset to the team and a reliable point of contact for clients and colleagues alike.

Nima Saeedi

AutoCAD Electrical Technician

Nima is a skilled AutoCAD Electrical Technician at Mecsol, bringing precision and technical expertise to every project. With a strong focus on electrical design and documentation, Nima plays a key role in supporting the engineering team and ensuring project specifications are met with accuracy and efficiency. His attention to detail and collaborative approach make him a valuable part of the team.

Priya Rodman

HR & Operations Manager

Priya brings warmth, precision, and a people-first approach to her role as HR & Office Manager at Mecsol Ltd. With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of operational dynamics, she ensures the smooth running of both human resources and office functions. Whether coordinating management meetings, supporting team development, or streamlining internal processes, Priya is a central figure in fostering a productive and supportive workplace culture.
